Bună Ziua!
Cluj
is incredible. Just saying. I love this city more and more every week. I
hope I don't have to leave next transfer, because my heart is here now.
The weather has been absolutely beautiful. Spring has arrived, the sun is shining, and I'm feeling really good.
We
did a lot of contacting this week, we have a lot of English students,
and we have a really cool new investigator. On Tuesday, we got 78
students! Since we only had 55 chairs set up in the sacrament room, you
can imagine that the introduction and sign-ups were pretty crowded.
Then, we had to fit 31 medium students in our little classroom! It was a
lot of fun though. I love English. We make a lot of friends that way.
Our new investigator ran up to us while we were street
contacting on Thursday. He said he had been really wanting to talk to
us, got our number, then had to run off again. But then he called us the
next day and asked if we could meet on Saturday! The first lesson went
really smooth too. He even brought a friend. He took in and clearly
understood the message of the restoration, and told us that he wanted to
come to church and keep meeting with us often! I don't think I have
ever had an investigator who is so eager to learn from us. On Sunday
after church he talked to me about his questions, and asked me to help
him find chapters in the scriptures to study. He wants to know who God
is, what is the meaning of salvation, and our purpose here, just really
basic and important questions, since we are building his testimony from
the ground up. My studies
feel so focused studying to help him answer these key questions of the
soul. He really wants to study and learn, and it feels amazing! I am
really excited for our next lesson.
Thanks for all the love and support!
Să fiţi sănătoşi! Numai bine!
Vârstnicul Lybbert
